Do It Different
QuickChek was. looking for a complete digital transformation of their customer ordering process, from in-store customer touch screens to their mobile app, that would be seamless and frictionless. Over 2 years were spent collaborating with cross-functional partners through competitor research, information architecture, strategy and design. In the end, the UX/UI for 350+ screens from low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity designs were created. A design system inclusive of atoms, components and templates were considered to make sure all solutions would work in both technologies as well as pass accessibility design.
